So it turns out that I’m not much of a fan of Koh Tao. Oh, sure… it’s beautiful, the snorkeling is amazing, and we had a great time there. But after making a fabulous first impression, we quickly grew tired of Koh Tao.

The Grand Palace in Bangkok, Thailand is crowded and touristy, but it was also more than that. It is also beautiful. Astoundingly beautiful and astoundingly opulent. One of my best experiences so far in Thailand.
