Do you long for summer? The summer sun delivers plenty of Vitamin D and in the cold days of winter a bit of a funk can set in. While I may not be ready for my days on the ski slopes to come to an end, I am ready for family beach days basking in the warm summer sun.

Break out of routine. You don’t have to always do things that are remarkable–you just have to get out of the ordinary. That’s what makes life special. On our recent visit to Santa Barbara we opted to take the train instead of hopping in the car. Suddenly life was an adventure.
